Fixed Deleted media comments remain visible on news feed (including for guests)

When the author of a media comment decides to delete it (for whatever reason), their comment unexpectedly remains visible in the latest activity news feed, even for guests.

This can be reproduced on XenForo.com (see attached screenshot).

You/Admin/moderator should select Permanently delete afterwards.

Thank you for reporting this issue, it has now been resolved. We are aiming to include any changes that have been made in a future XFMG release (2.2.5).
