Implemented Add tags to media items

Medias items are the only elements in XenForo that are not taggable. However, it would be a good way to search and find photos or videos on the same theme in large galleries.

Ha ha... ok. I was testing an XF demo and I don't know why these permissions are on No. I should have investigated a little more... thank you for the correction.

But it is surprising despite the permission "Tag own media items" the field does not appear when adding a media.

Well, tags was globally deactivated.
