Recommendations for additions?

Hi,
I want to open a forum website where people can pay writers to roleplay with them. It would give the writers creative outlets and a way to make money and it could help other writers trying to find partners to write with. (So probably an escrow transaction)
I also want a feature to be able to pay for ghost writing work.

Do anyone know someone who could help me add those features if I use Xendoro for my base?

I am looking for someone who could help me build an add on where users could charge and pay for roleplay responses and ghost writing where I would get a portion of each transaction. Could anyone recommend someone or a company to help with this?
