Inhave absolutely no idea how I did the menu tab. What do I need to do to keep the page and tab but not have the page show in the forum itself?

I am almost 100%ish happy with the result ( so far). However These two areas should NOT be black. Where would I recolour them? Apologies for the size and please not yhe logo area and footer are black by choice.

Trying to open the forum and have been told the captcha doesn't work. The only captcha I see is questions which only a user of the forum would know. One person mentioned something about butterflies? Any ideas on which captcha to set?
