Solidus updated Block spam COMPLETELY with no addons with a new update entry:

Use [url* instead of [url=* // Top spam phrases

It was brought to my attention that [url] can also be used to post links, rendering the filter for [url=* useless. Thanks @Nuno
Simply replace [url=* with [url* in your spam phrases.

You may also want to add additional spam phrases to prevent those who don't post links. The top words I've noticed are:

Hi,

Today I got a post that was sent to the queue because the member posted a link to an internal url, so here is an update to allow internal links and deny external ones:

Code: 
/\[url((?!example\.com).)*\/url\]/i
/\[img((?!example\.com).)*\/img\]/i
/\[media((?!example\.com).)*\/media\]/i

This will place in the moderator queue img, url and media except if the url is example.com (replace with your forum url)

Location, Occupation and Home Page cannot be typed in unless you have made 1 post. These are commonly targeted for spam so I think it's a good idea. The "About You" is completely hidden until 1 post is made also.
I can add this to the resource if people want.
