if i start a thread as admin, i can see the prompt on thread creation to create a mirror album.....for registered user i dont see it and the permissions are set to yes....how can i be sure that displays for all users? they can do it in thread options but not during creation....seems like a bug.

Fix: album creation inputs now correctly appears for users with only "Add to own threads" permission during thread creation
